Ballina’s Ailish Quinn is bidding to make her senior debut off the bench, in this weekend’s rugby world cup warm-up match. The Irish ladies take on Scotland in Cork this Saturday, in preparation for their world championship campaign.
Connacht’s Quinn lines up with the replacements, while the starting fifteen sees plenty of representation for the Western Province.
Meabh Deely and Beibhinn Parsons both start in the forwards.
The match takes place this Saturday at 2pm in Virgin Media Park.
Ireland kick off their world-cup campaign on August 24th, when they take on Japan, in Northampton.
