The death has taken place of former Knockmore Senior Football manager and Midwest Radio GAA analyst Eamonn Clarke.
Eamonn guided Knockmore an All-Ireland Club final in 1997.
He held a number of roles in the club over the years.
He also worked for many years as a GAA analyst on Midwest Radio.
Current club president Paddy O’Hora says Eamonn will be remembered for all the work he done both on and off the football field.
Knockmore captain during Eamonn Clarke’s tenure was Kevin Staunton and he says it’s a very sad day for the parish of Knockmore.
Eamonn’s remains will repose at McGowan’s Funeral Home, Ballina on Thursday evening from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.
Funeral will arrive to St. Patrick’s Church, Lacken on Friday for 12noon Requiem Mass followed by burial in Rathfran Cemetery.
