Mayo v Galway - Allianz Football League Division 1

Five teams go into the last round of fixtures of Division 1 of the Allianz National Football League with a chance of making the final.

Galway and Dublin are in pole position at the top of the table, they will play Kerry and Tyrone respectively this afternoon.

Both the Kingdom and the Red Hand need wins to ensure they stay out of the relegation battle.

Derry are already down and could bring Armagh with them while the final game sees Mayo come up against Donegal.

Currently fourth in the table, Kevin McStay’s side could still be in a league final or relegated come Sunday night.

Victory over Donegal will put Mayo into the top three, and if either Galway or Dublin lose then Mayo are in the league final.

If Mayo lose and Kerry, Tyrone and Armagh all win then Mayo could be playing Division 2 next season – but it will come down to scoring difference.

The game is live on Midwest Sport with Michael D McAndrew and Colm Boyle and brought to you by Westnet Fibre Broadband.
All those matches throw-in at 3:45pm.
