The Connacht Gold Mayo senior hurling championship begins this weekend with two games down for decision.
Tooreen are the 5-in-a-row reigning champions and they begin their title defense away to St. Ciarans this Sunday at 2pm in Ballyvary.
Elsewhere at the same time last year’s beaten finalists Ballyhaunis go to Castlebar Mitchels.
