Mayo LGFA has confirmed this weekend’s Cup finals will go ahead, amid the impact of Storm Amy. The games will now take place on Sunday the 6th of October.
In a statement, Mayo LGFA said “despite the challenges, Mayo LGFA are delighted to confirm the Cup FInals will go ahead on Sunday, thanks to the resilience of the Hastings Insurance MacHale Park Pitch, and the support of the grounds staff.”
The new times for the Junior and Intermediate Cup Finals are as follows:
Junior Cup Final, Parke KC vs Swinford, 12:00pm
Intermediate Cup Final, Calermorris vs MacHale Rovers, 2:00pm
All tickets issued for Saturday’s original fixtures remain valid for Sunday’s rescheduled games.
