James Lowe returns on the wing, with Robert Baloucoune and Craig Casey also coming in.
In the pack, James Ryan is promoted from the bench, while Cormac Izuchukwu and Jack Conan start.
Jamison Gibson-Park and Tadhg Beirne drop to the bench.
