Shelbourne remain top of the nascent SSE Airtricity Premier Division table following last night’s 2-0 win at Bohemians.

Pat Hoban’s first hat-trick for Derry City secured a 3-0 win at home to ten-man Waterford.

Dundalk remain at the foot of the table after a 1-0 defeat away to St. Pat’s.

Galway United and Drogheda finished goalless, seeing the Tribesmen stay in fourth. 

Shamrock Rovers’ hunt for a first win of the season takes them to the Showgrounds tonight, where they face Sligo Rovers.

John Russell’s side can jump to third with victory tonight.
