Charlestown Sarsfields have appointed a former Championship winning captain as manager of their senior team for the 2025 season.
David (Ginger) Tiernan was ratified as manager, as confirmed by the club last night.
Tiernan captained Charlestown to the Connacht Senior Club Football Championship title in 2001.
He will be assisted by Francis Mannion, Patrick Walsh, Michael Horkan and Phillip Craig.
