Claret jug to come to Mayo next week

Westport Golf Club is extending an Open Invitation to the people of Mayo and beyond to Carrowholly on Tuesday evening next when the Claret Jug will be on display to be viewed and photographed with Clew Bay and Croagh Patrick as an iconic backdrop.
The trophy presented annually to the Champion Golfer of the Year, will be on site from 6pm until 8pm.
Westport Golf Club is t honoured to accept the invitation from Golf Ireland and the R&A, to host the Mayo celebrations in acknowledging the return of the Open Championship to Ireland.
