Castlerea boxers Aoife and Lisa O’Rourke will enter the ring at the IBA Women’s World Championships this week.
Lisa will step in between the ropes where she will face Azerbijan in the last 16 tomorrow in the 70kg division.
Meanwhile, Aoife has received a bye into the quarter finals of the 75kg division.
The two time Olympian will face a fighter from either Belarus or Uzbekistan in her quarter final on Thursday.
The World Championships are being held in Nis, Serbia.
