The Camogie Association says it will hold a Special Congress on May 22nd to consider the issue around whether players will be permitted to wear shorts while playing camogie.
The association says it has listened to player feedback and is ‘committed to representing the voices of players who wish to have a choice in their playing attire’.
It comes after a number of counties expressed a desire for players to have the choice to wear shorts instead of skorts.
