2 pointer gaa

All of the Football Review Committee’s rule change proposals were passed at yesterday’s GAA Special Congress.

Points kicked from outside the arc in Gaelic football will count as a two-pointer, as long as the shot is not touched by another player on their own team.

Deliberately pulling an opponent’s jersey to deny a goal scoring opportunity will now result in a penalty and a black card for the offender.
