Castlerea, Co. Roscommon and formerly of Dublin – 22nd March 2025, in her 99th year surrounded by her loving family and in the wonderful care of the Roscommon Hospice.
Predeceased by her husband William, daughters Winifred and Una, and her siblings Rosemary, Patrick, William, Olive and Philomena.
Winnie will be sadly missed by her sister Mary and brother John, her children William, Marian, Regina, Richard, Ronald. John, Madonna, Gregory, Assumpta, David and Anna, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sister-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren. nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Gaynor’s Funeral Home, Castlerea (F45 HH24) on Tuesday evening from 5pm until 7pm.
The funeral will arrive at St. Patrick’s Church, Castlerea for Mass of the Resurrection at 9.30am on Wednesday followed by burial in Fingal Cemetery arriving for approx 2pm.
The funeral Mass will be live-streamed on Gaynor Funeral Directors Facebook page.
