Oldham, Greater Manchester, England; originally and proudly of Boleboy, Irishtown, Co Mayo, Ireland – peacefully at home on 25th February 2026,surrounded by his family and under the care of Dr Kershaw’s Hospice Palliative care, Caring Hands and Hospice at Home teams.
Beloved husband of Kathleen (née Hunt).
Cherished father of Geraldine, Noreen, Catherine and Liam and their respective partners Kit, Kevin, Joe and Angela.
Much loved grandad to Edi and Joe.
Sadly missed by his brother Gerry and sister-in-law Eileen.
Fondly remembered by his dear nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents William and Nora and brothers Tom, Johnny, Kevin, Francis, Eamon and James.
Always remembered by his extended family members, friends and neighbours.
