William (Bill) Duffy

Garryduff, Castlebar; Dereendafderg, Killawala; Granard, Co. Longford and Abbeybreaffy Nursing Home, Castlebar (12^th November 2025) – peacefully in the care of the staff in St. John’s Unit, Sacred Heart Hospital, Castlebar, surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his wife Kathleen (née Geraghty, Granard, Co Longford), brothers and sister.

Deeply regretted by his sister Margaret (Duffy, St. Patrick’s Avenue, Castlebar), nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May he rest in Peace

William will repose in Coady’s Funeral Home, Castlebar, F23 XY63 on Thursday (13^th November) from 6pm with removal at 7pm to the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar.

Requiem Mass on Friday morning at 10a.m.

William will be laid to rest afterwards in GranardKille Old Cemetery, Granard, Co. Longford.
