Thomas Weir,

Achill Island, Co. Mayo – on September 12, 2024.

Most recently residing in Westport and Castlebar, Co. Mayo, Thomas is formerly of Cleveland, Ohio, USA.

Son of the late Noel Weir (Pollagh) and the late Celia (née Fadian) (Doogort) of Achill Island, Co. Mayo.

Thomas is survived by his brother Michael (Pauline) and sister Mary Kessler (Jim). He is also survived by his son Andrew and nieces and nephews, Michael, Nicole, Kelly, and Aidan. Thomas will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

 May he rest in peace.

Thomas will repose in Kilcoyne’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street, Castlebar F23 HT38 on Wednesday, September 18 from 6.00pm, concluding with a prayer service at 8.00pm. Family and friends are invited.

The funeral will arrive at the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar for Funeral Mass at 11.30am on Thursday, September 19, followed by private cremation.

The mass will be live streamed on www.churchtv.ie/castlebar.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to Pieta House www.pieta.ie  c/o Kilcoyne Funeral Directors, Thomas Street, Castlebar.
