Thomas (Tommy) Gilvarry

Greenhills and formerly of Rathball, Co. Mayo and C.I.E. Inchicore and North Wall, Dublin (17th December 2025) – peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the kind care of the staff of Castle Unit, Clondalkin Lodge Nursing Home.

Beloved husband of Antoinette, loving dad of John, Tom, Vinny, Michael and Rosanna, a much loved grandad of Finn, Emma, Seán, Conor, Eoghan, Oisín and Noah and a loving brother of Seán and the late Michael Francis and Margaret.

Tommy will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his loving wife, children, daughters-in-law Karen, Cróna, Adelene, Jean and Sinéad, grandchildren, brother, sisters-in-law Bernie and Rosaleen, brother-in-law Michael, nieces, nephews, extended family at home and abroad, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village on Friday (19th December 2025) from 5pm to 7pm.

Funeral Mass on Saturday (20th December 2025) at 10am in Church of the Holy Spirit, Greenhills, followed by burial in Newlands Cross Cemetery.
