Ballinchalla, The Neale, Co. Mayo and formerly of Frenchbrook, Kilmaine, Co. Mayo – passed away peacefully in the loving arms of her family, in University Hospital Galway on December 26th 2025.

Predeceased by her husband John,

Cherished mother of Fidelma, Deirdre, Sean and Bernadette, adoring Nanny to Meara, Leo, Rhea, Amelia, Aaron and Roisin, great grandmother to Kian.

Sadly missed by her loving brother Christy and sisters Margaret, Ethna, Agnes and Carmel, sons in law, daughter in law, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives, dear friends and neighbours.

Reposing in Burke’s Funeral Home, Clonbur ( F12N9T8 ), on Monday from 4pm to 6pm.

Arriving for Funeral Mass in Saint John The Baptist Church, The Neale, on Tuesday morning for 11am, with burial afterwards in Ballinchalla Cemetery.

Funeral Mass will be live streamed on Burke Funeral Directors Facebook Page.
