Sheila like all her sister’s were always so welcome in our house in Meath. We loved when they all visited, the roars of laughter from our kitchen will always be remembered. My mam Mary Jo always said they were more like sisters to her than cousins.

All the Mongan women have infectious laughs and that’s one thing I will always remember.
