Johnstown, Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo (3/4/2025) – peacefully surrounded by his loving family and under the exceptional care of the staff at St John’s Ward, Castlebar.
Predeceased by his infant son Jamie, his parents Patrick and Mary, sisters Mary and Bridgid, brothers Joseph, Thomas, Padraic and Sean and son-in law-Mark.
He will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife Vona, sister Imelda (New York), daughters Mary (Australia), Elaine, Caroline and Sandra, sons Padraic and James, daughter-in-law Michelle, son-in-law Tom and Elaine’s partner John, grandchildren Alana, James, Amy, Alice, Rachel, Laura, Daisy Mai and Alfie, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Donnellans Funeral Home, Clare Street, Ballyhaunis on Saturday evening from 4.30 until 6.30pm.
Funeral will arrive to St Patrick’s Church, Ballyhaunis for Mass at 11am on Monday morning with private cremation afterwards in Shannon Crematorium.
