To, May, Eileen and Kathleen, it is with great sadness that we read of Seamus’s passing. He was a pure gentleman and will be greatly missed by all that were privileged to have known him. Devany’s were our nearest neighbours in Cregg’s Rd, and Mammy always looked forward to May and Seamus visiting her when on their holidays from the UK. They brought her great joy, as May was a great neighbour and had always been very helpful to Mammy and many years ago when Dad was a long time in hospital May used stay the nights with her. On behalf of all our family I extend my condolances to all Seamus’s family and all the Lally and Devaney families.
