22 Seaside, Belmullet and formerly of Toorglass East, Belmullet, Co. Mayo – peacefully at the Belmullet Community Hospital surrounded by his loving family on 10th September 2025.

Predeceased by his parents Jimmy and Sarah and his recently deceased brother Anthony.

Beloved brother to Eileen Gardiner (Rathnamagh, Crossmolina), Mary Carr (Carnmore, Co. Galway), Sadie Mills (London), Martina Mills (Belmullet) and Breege Coyle (Belmullet), brother Michael (Toorglass East, Belmullet). He will be sadly missed by his  brothers in law John Mills and John Coyle, sisters in law Bridet Conmy and Breege Conmy, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, kind neighbours and many friends.

May His Kind and Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Seamus will lie in repose at McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet on Friday evening from 5 o’clock until 7.30 with funeral arriving at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Belmullet at 8.45. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 12 noon followed by burial in Glencastle New Cemetery.

Live streaming of the Funeral Mass will be available for viewing on Saturday at 12 o’clock noon on www.churchtv.ie/belmullet
