Philomena (Mena) Giblin née Reilly,
Aughalustia, Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon and formerly of Kilcogy Village, Co. Cavan – May 22nd, 1950 – October 23rd, 2024 – peacefully, with her family by her side, in the wonderful care of the doctors and nurses at Mayo University Hospital.
Mena will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her husband Frank, sons Michael, Kieran and Noel, brothers Oliver and Pius, sisters Etta (Farrell), Chrissie (Clarke) and Patsy (Murdock), daughter-in-law Christina, grandchildren Amy and Ryan, great-grandchildren Amber, Lucy and Fiadh, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May She Rest in Peace.
Mena will repose in The Sharkey Funeral Home, Ballaghaderreen on Friday evening from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock.
Removal from the Funeral Home on Saturday morning at 10.30 to St. Nathy’s Cathedral arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 11 o’clock with the Funeral proceeding to Kilcolman Cemetery.
