Rocklands, Tubbercurry and formerly of Treacy Avenue, Sligo – peacefully in University Hospital, Sligo surrounded by his loving and devoted family.
Recently predeceased by his wife Anne (27th October 2025), parents Pauric and Annie, brother Joe and nephew Geoffrey.
Pearse will be very sadly missed and deeply mourned by his daughters Fiona (Brennan)(Cloonacool), Andrea (Ballina), Siobhan Loftus (Boston), son Gerard (Tubbercurry), son-in-law John, Gerard’s partner Tara, grandchildren Niall, Aoife, Siobhan, Niamh, Fiachra, Grainne and Blaithรญn, great-grandchildren Grainne and Jack, Niall’s partner Aisling, Tara’s sons Jack and Daniel, sister Deirdre Jarvis (Florida), Anne McDonagh (Sligo), brothers Jim, Aidan, Kevin, Brendan and Gerard (all in Sligo), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and many great friends.

Pearse will be reposing in the Morahan Funeral Home, Tubbercurry (F91 DV50) on Wednesday evening from 3 o’clock until 5 o’clock and 5.30 o’clock until 7 o’clock with the funeral to arrive in St. John Evangelist Church, Tubbercurry for Reception and Prayers at 8 o’clock.
Requiem Mass on Thursday at 11.30 o’clock with the funeral afterwards to Rhue cemetery.
