Patrick Howard (better known as Pat Joe),

Gladree Low Road, Belmullet, Co. Mayo – peacefully at the Mayo University Hospital, on 1st September 2024.

Predeceased by his parents Mike and Bridget Howard, sister Bridie Williams and brothers-in-law Harry Williams and Pat Mahady.

He will be mourned by his sons Gerard and Padraig and their mother Julia (née O’Malley), sisters Mary Green (Belmullet) and Rose Ann Mahady (Lacken Cross), brother-in-law Steve Green, nephew Andrew Green, nieces Marie Williams Carey, Christina Mahady and Denise Mahady, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May His Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Remains reposing at McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet on Thursday evening from 6 o’clock until 7.30 with funeral arriving at the Church of the Holy Family, Carne, Belmullet at 8.30.

Funeral Mass on Friday at 12 noon followed by burial in Tarmoncarra Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired to the Stroke Unit at Mayo University Hospital.
