Paddy (Patrick) Devaney,
Turlough Road, Castlebar, Co. Mayo and formerly of Crillaune, Ross, Castlebar (23rd October 2024) – retired psychiatric nurse, St. Mary’s Hospital, Castlebar – peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of Mayo Hospice, having previously been lovingly cared for by the staff of Mayo University Hospital.
Predeceased by his son Jarlath, parents Mary Kate and Pat and siblings Mick and Mary.
Paddy will be greatly missed by his beloved wife Mary and adoring daughters Ann Marie, Trish and Olivia.
Sadly missed by his sons-in-law Joe, Leo and Damien, his much cherished grandchildren Aoibhín, Shane, Aaron, Freya, Reina, Lynden, Emmie, Euan and Cillian, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Paddy will repose in Coady’s Funeral Home, Castlebar, F23 XY63 on Sunday, 27th October from 6.30pm with removal at 8pm to the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar.
Requiem Mass on Monday at 11a.m.
Paddy will be laid to rest afterwards in Castlebar New Cemetery.
