Bolton, Manchester and formerly of Cullane, Swinford, Co. Mayo – peacefully at his residence, surrounded by his family on 1st September 2025.

Predeceased by his parents Martin and Mary Furey.

Paddy will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife Liz, sons, Patrick, Declan and Oliver, daughter Kate, daughter-in-law Natasha and his 2 adored grandchildren Oscar and Soairse, brothers Tom, Martin, James, Barry and Frank, sisters Bernie and Jose, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces and a wide circle of family and friends.

May His Kind and Gentle Soul Rest in Peace

Reposing in Boland Funeral Home, Swinford (F12K122) this Wednesday evening, 17th September from 6pm to 8pm.

Funeral Mass in Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Swinford this Friday, 19th September at 11am with burial afterwards in Kilconduff Cemetery.

Paddy’s Funeral Mass will be live stream on Swinford Parish website: http://www.churchservices.tv/swinford

I was very sad to hear about the sad loss of Paddy. Sincere condolences to you Liz and family. I have fond memories growing up in Cullaun with Paddy and his Grandmother and we spent many hours together. He was a delight to be around and he will be a sad loss to you all and everybody that had the privilege to know him.
