I’m so sorry to hear that Monica has gone to her Heavenly Home. I visited her a few weeks ago in Castlebar Hospital and she was fairly good and was looking forward to getting better and visiting us. Sadly this was not meant to be.
My sincere condolences to Tommy, Jack and McAndrew families. Monica was a frequent visitor to our home and we all enjoyed her company. My parents absolutely loved her and would always say on her departing “Monica is a Tonic” and would further add she was so suited to The Nursing Profession in her care of all and treating them with dignity and respect. May Monica rest in eternal peace with her deceased siblings and parents and my Mother Maureen, her good friend and cousin.
