He was Mr GAA in Cloonacool and further afield. His successful years as Manager of Cloonacool ladies teams over many years is legendary for such a small parish. His enthusiasm seemed to rub off on the ladies and they pushed harder. He even managed Cloonaool ladies and gents teams at the same time. You will surely be missed as a legend around Cloonacool.
