So sad to hear of the sad passing of Michael after a long illness. He lost his lovely wife Anne Marie many years years ago and is survived by his sisters Mary Margaret and Bridget. Michael was a very mild mannered man and he worked with his work colleagues on the roads with Mayo Co Council. I remember the night he celebrated his retirement, the hall was packed to capacity with his work colleagues, all of us there to give him a great send off. Rest in peace Michael, you will be sadly missed.
