Michael Monaghan

Scunthorpe, Lincoln and formerly of Drum Hill, Clogher, Belmullet. Co. Mayo peacefully on 20th July 2026.

Predeceased by his parents John and Bridget Monaghan, sisters Mary and Evelyn and brothers Paddy and Jack.

He will be sadly missed by his beloved partner Cathy, sisters Bridie Gaughan (Doohoma), Ann O’ Toole (Galway), brothers in law Seán and Dara, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May His Kind and Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Funeral Mass will take place at Woodlands Crematorium and Cemetery,  Brumby Wood Lane, Scunthorpe, DN17 1SP, U.K. on 11th August at 1.20pm followed by burial.

Memorial Mass will take place at St. Joseph’s Church,  Binghamstown, Belmullet on Sunday, 30th August at 10.30am.
