Cloonbanane, Shrule, Co. Mayo – peacefully at his home on Sunday, August 18th 2025 surrounded by his loving family after a short illness.

Predeceased by his parents Frank and Rita.

Sadly missed by his brothers Liam, Francis, Gabriel and sister Geraldine, brother-in-law Frank, sisters-in-law Sheila and Angela, niece and nephews, extended family and friends.

May Michael’s Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Reposing at Cradock’s Funeral Home, Shrule (H91RF1C) on Tuesday the 19th of August from 6pm to 8pm. Removal afterwards to St. Joseph’s Church, Shrule.

Requiem Mass on Wednesday, the 20th of August at 12 noon in St. Joseph’s Church, Shrule with burial afterwards in Shrule Cemetery.

House private please.

The funeral mass will be live streamed on http://shruleglencorrib.com/webcam/  and will also be broadcast on local radio on 101.4 FM.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to community Palliative Care and public health nurses for their kindness and compassion shown to Michael in his time of need.
