Glentrague, Clonbur, Co. Galway and formerly of Lettermullen, Co. Galway – died on August 12th 2026, peacefully surrounded by her loving family in U.H.G.
Predeceased by her parents John and Mary, brothers John, Patrick and Michael, sister Bridie.
Survived by her loving husband Johnny, adored mother to daughters Mary, Ann, Bridie, Cathy, Tina and Rita, sons John, Michael and Patrick, sisters Barbara (Boston), Noreen (Spiddal) and Nan (London), sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, twenty-two grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Burke’s Funeral Home, Clonbur (F12 N9T8) on Friday from 6.00pm with removal at 8.00pm to Saint Patrick’s Church, Clonbur.
Funeral Mass for Maureen on Saturday at 12 noon in Saint Patrick’s Church, Clonbur with burial afterwards in Rosshill Cemetery, Clonbur.
Maureen’s Funeral Mass will be streamed live on Clonbur/Cornamona Church TV.
