I am truly sorry to hear that Mary has passed away. I offer my heartfelt sympathy to John & family and the extended Newell & Reilly families as you grieve.
I met Mary, John & family in 1990 when myself and two friends moved into 15 Circular Road which was Mary’s original home. I had frequent visits to the Newell house, 10 Circular Road, where there was always a warm welcome and the kettle was always on the boil. I have lovely memories of time spent in Mary’s company – she was a lovely, kind and caring lady with a hearty laugh. Her passing has left a huge void in the lives of her family and for those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Mary, may you rest in eternal peace and may your lovely family be comforted by all the special memories shared. xx

So very sad to hear the passing of Mary, she was always a lovely woman to meet and greet with a smile and had a great sense of fun and laughter about her. She was a great neighbour and Mam always spoke about her even years they had both moved, and the aul lad asking would she keep an eye on me, on top of Mary’s own crew and no doubt ever refused. The cups of teas and chats will be flowing in heaven God rest your lovely soul Mary, and to Melissa, John and and the boys and their partners, my deepest condolences 🫶

So sorry to hear of Mary’s passing.
Mary was a great Neighbour and friend, I’m lucky to have lots of great memories growing up in Avondale.
I will remember her for her great sense of humour but especially her smile and infectious laugh. She will be greatly Missed.
