In later years it was a great privilege to have her join us on the Staff in Currane N.S. Mary was very kind and caring and totally committed to giving each child a solid foundation. Bhí an-ghrá aicí don Ghaeilge agus don Chultúir uilig. I really enjoyed my time working with Mary. With her gentle nature and lighthearted wit she brought great joy to us all .Mary also had a great sense of Community. A beautiful singer ,she was always available to help out with the Choirs and she gave great support to the many local events and initiatives. She will be greatly missed.
