Mary Forde (née Concannon)

Liskeavy, Milltown, Galway, H54KH31 – peacefully after a short illness.

Predeceased by her much loved son Matthew, parents Catherine and Matt, sister Gretta, and brothers Padraig, Mattie, Sean, Colm and Mickey.

She will be sadly missed by her loving family; husband Paddy, daughter Yvonne, sons Eddie, Brian, Niall, Pat and Dermot, son-in-law Gerry, daughters-in-law Kathy, Sinéad and Karen, grandchildren, great-granddaughter, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, good neighbours and many friends.

May She Rest In Peace.

Reposing at her home, Liskeavy (H54 KH31), this Monday evening from 5.00 pm until 7.30 pm.

Removal on Tuesday morning to St Joseph’s Church, Milltown for Funeral Mass at 12.00 noon.

Burial afterwards in Kilgevrin cemetery.

Family flowers only. Donations if desired to The Galway Hospice.
