Rathmeel Lawns, Ballina, Co. Mayo, formerly of Market Street, Clifden, Co. Galway (17th February, 2026) – peacefully at Mayo University Hospital – surrounded by her loving family.
Margaret predeceased by her parents Michael (Sonny) and Ellen Clancy.
Beloved wife of Tony and dear mother of Fiona, Alan, Brian, and Leah.
She will be sadly missed by her sons, daughters, granddaughters Clara, Maisie and Isla, her sisters Mary, Sheila, Bríd, Angela, Eileen and Carmel, and her brother Tom, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, daughters-in-law Avril and Angéline, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, and friends.

Reposing at McGowan’s Funeral Home, Ballina (Eircode F26 V274) on Thursday evening, 19th of February from 8 o’clock until 9 o’clock.
Funeral will arrive at St. Joseph’s Church, Westport Road, Clifden, Co. Galway on Friday morning 20th February for Requiem Mass at 11 o’clock followed by burial on Omey Island.
