Leam, Clogher, Belmullet, Co. Mayo and formerly of East Kilbride, Glasgow, Scotland – peacefully at the Sonas Tí Aire Nursing Home, Belmullet surrounded by her loving family on 25th March 2026.
Predeceased by her parents Michael and Kate Tighe, grandparents Patrick and Bridget Geraghty, sister Bridget Kelly, brother John Tighe and nephew Christopher O’Boyle.
Beloved sister of Mary O’Boyle (Mulranny), Michael (Mickey) (Fifeshire, Scotland) and Margaret Borwick (Fife, Scotland), brothers-in-law Patrick O’Boyle and Mike Borwick, sister-in-law Margaret, nieces, nephews, relatives, kind neighbours and many friends.

Kathleen will lie in repose at McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet on Friday evening from 5 o’clock until 6.30 with funeral arriving at St. Joseph’s Church, Binghamstown at 8 o’clock.
Funeral Mass on Saturday afternoon at 12.30 followed by burial at Cross Abbey (Old Cemetery).
