I HAVE LOVELY MEMORIES OF PAST TIMES.
I WORKED WITH JOSIE IN MOYLETTS SUPERMARKET OFFICE IN 1963. IT WAS MY FIRST JOB AFTER LEAVING SECONDARY SCHOOL.
JOSIE WAS SO HELPFUL AND KIND TO THE NEW GIRL. AND JACKIE WAS A LOVELY MAN TOO, OFTEN CALLING IN WHEN HE WAS DOWN TOWN ON SATURDAY.
I NEVER WILL FORGET HOW MUCH SHE TAUGHT ME.
IT SERVED ME SO WELL IN MY YEARS IN LONDON,
UNFORTUNATELY WE LOST TOUCH OVER THE YEARS, BUT SHE IS SUCH A SAD LOSS TO ALL WHO KNEW HER
MAY GOD GRANT YOU ALL PEACE AND COMFORT IN THESE DARK DAYS.

Michelle, Elaine, John & family, we were so sorry to hear of Josie’s passing. Mum met her regularly & had offered to link Mum across the road a few weeks ago. She was such a kind & lovely lady. She will be greatly missed in Amana Estate & Church Road. I am unable to attend her funeral this weekend, however you are all in my thoughts & I will light a special candle for you all.
