Knockadoon, Irishtown, Co Mayo – peacefully in the wonderful care of the ICU staff in University Hospital, Galway (September 14th, 2025).

Predeceased by his parents Mary and Patrick, sister Bridie, brothers Ger and Pat.

Sadly missed by his sisters Ann and June, brothers-in-law Jimmy and Joe, sister-in-law Margaret, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May John Rest in Peace.

Reposing in Carey’s Funeral Home, Ballindine (F12A3C6) on Thursday evening, September 18th from 6pm with removal at 7.30pm to the Church of the Holy Family, Irishtown.

Funeral Mass on Friday, September 19th at 12 noon.

Burial afterwards in Irishtown Cemetery.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to Croí , C/o Carey’s Funeral Directors Ballindine.

Funeral Mass will be live-streamed on Kilvine parish Facebook page.
