John passed away peacefully in Sligo University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, after a courageous battle.
Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Mary.
John is sadly missed and remembered with love by his brothers James and Paddy, his sister Mary McCarrick, sister-in-law Mary, brother-in-law Tommie, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

John will repose in O’Dowd’s Funeral Home, Gurteen (F56F894),
on Thursday (6th November) from 5pm until 7pm. Removal from his brother Paddy’s home on Friday, to St. Patrick’s Church, Gurteen, for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon, with burial afterwards in Mount Irwin Cemetery.
