John will be reposing at Gavin’s Funeral Home, Knox Street, Ballyhaunis, Co Mayo F35 WF22 on Monday evening from 5 o’clock with removal at 7 o’clock to

St. Mary’s Church, Gorthaganny.

Funeral Mass on Tuesday morning at 11.30 with the funeral proceeding to the local cemetery.

It is with sad regret that I heard that John Lowry has passed away to Heaven. He was a true gentleman, always kind. I would meet him in his local pub in Tooreen and Coney Island for a pint and the craic. He would give me a lift to Ballyhaunis when I was stuck for transport. My condolences to his nephews, nieces, neighbours, friends and all belonging to him.
