John (Justin) Peyton

JOHN-PEYTON

Springfield, Ballincar, Sligo and formerly of Madogue, Swinford, Co. Mayo – peacefully, after a short illness bravely borne, surrounded by his loving family at North West Hospice, The Mall, Sligo on March 9th 2025.

Predeceased by his beloved wife Pauline. Dearly loved father of Lorraine and Madeline and adored grandfather of Leah, Glen, Aoibhinn, Caitlin and Katy Jane.

Sadly missed by his daughters, brothers Henry (Midfield) and Des (Sydney), son-in-law Pat and Madeline’s partner Warren, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Seán Feehily’s Funeral Home, Cartron Cross, Sligo (F91EH98) on Tuesday evening, March 11th from 5:30pm to 7:00pm.

Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 12th at 12:30pm in Saint Colmcille’s Church, Rathcormac, Sligo. Burial follows in Rathcormac cemetery.

Funeral Mass will be livestreamed via https://www.churchservices.tv/rathcormac
