John Joe Comer

Woodfield, Dunmore, Co. Galway – peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at Brooklodge Nursing Home, Ballyglunin on September 3rd 2025.

Pre-deceased by his parents Patrick and Mae, his sister Roseleen and his nephew Colin.

John Joe will be sadly missed by his brother Tom (Glenamaddy), sisters Margaret Nicholson (Miltown), Helen Gibbons (Claregalway) and Carmel Devane (Ballindine), sister in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May his kind and gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at Divillys Funeral Home, Glenamaddy (F45 EF60) on Friday, September 5th from 6.30pm to 8pm.

Removal from his brother Tom’s residence to The Church of Christ the King, Kiltevna (H54 WD82) on Saturday, September 6th for Funeral Mass at 12 noon followed by burial afterwards in Kiltevna Cemetery.
