John ‘Jackie’ Goonan,

Late of New York and formerly of Doohoma, Ballina, Co. Mayo (April 9, 2024)

Jackie was predeceased by his beloved wife Anne Goonan; his parents Mary and John Goonan; his sister Ellen Keher and his brothers Paddy Joe and Seamus Goonan.

He will be deeply missed by his sisters Annie Sweeney (New York), Mary O’Keeffe (Connecticut), Bridie Corrigan (Birmingham) and his brother Micheál Goonan (London), along with numerous nieces, nephews and a wide circle of family and friends.

Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Pius X Church, Doohoma on Saturday, October 5th at 12 noon followed by burial at Doohoma Cemetery.
