John passed away peacefully in University Hospital Galway.
John is sadly missed and remembered with love by his partner Rosaleen Keane, children Dawn, Karen, Chris and Sean, brothers Michael, Brendan and Peter sisters Geraldine, Tess and Nora, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, son-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family neighbours, and friends.

John will repose in O’Dowd’s Funeral Home, Gurteen (F56 F894) on Thursday evening, 23rd October from 5pm until 7pm.
Removal from the Funeral Home on Friday to St. Patrick’s Church, Gurteen for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon, with burial afterwards in Gurteen Cemetery.
