Rooskey, Ballaghadereen, Co. Roscommon – November 4th 2025 – peacefully with his family by his side in St. John’s Unit of Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar.
Predeceased by his wife Helen.
Sadly missed and remembered by his son John, daughters Gillian,Aoife and Eve, their partners Eithne, Enda & Gintaras, grandchildren Robert, Aaron, Nathan, Caitlin, Ryan, John, Kym, and Josh and extended family.
May He Rest in Peace.
John will repose in The Sharkey Funeral Home, Ballaghaderreen on Friday from 5pm until 7pm.
Removal from the funeral home on Saturday to St. Nathy’s Cathedral, Ballaghaderreen arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am, followed by private Committal Service in Sharkey’s Cremation Chapel, Loughglynn.
