Joe Connolly

Illaune, Milltown, Galway – peacefully at Claremount Nursing Home, Claremorris, Co. Mayo.

Predeceased by his parents Michael and Margaret, his brother Padraig (Tuam), sisters Rita Prendergast (Cloonrane), Bridie Diskin (Illaune), Mae Greene (Milltown), Kathleen Ruane (New York) and Teresa Doherty (New York).

Joe will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sister Philomena Benson (Manchester), nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, friends and the staff and residents of Claremount Nursing Home.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at Glynn’s Funeral Home, High Street, Tuam on Sunday, 26th October from 5.00pm to 6.30pm followed by removal to St. Joseph’s Church, Milltown.

Funeral Mass on Monday, 27th October at 12 noon, with burial afterwards in Kilclooney cemetery.
