James Joseph Murray (better known as Jimmy)
Tawley, Castlegal, Co Leitrim and Harlow, Essex – peacefully at Sligo University Hospital on 23rd October 2024.
He will be sadly missed by all his heartbroken family, cherished husband to Nora (née Carolan), formerly of Doolough, Geesala, Co. Mayo, beloved father of Carol, Jackie (Belmullet), Sheilagh, Dennis and James. He will be sadly missed by his family, sons-in-laws Chris and Frank, daughter-in-laws Erin and Cheryl, his adored grandchildren and great grandchild, sisters Shelia O’Hanlon and Mary Proverbs, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, neighbours and many friends.
May his Kind and Gentle Soul Rest in peace.
Remains Reposing at Gilmartin’s Funeral Home, Kinlough on Sunday evening from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock.
Removal of remains from his late residence (F91T3Y4) on Monday morning, to arrive at St Aidan’s Church, Kinlough for Funeral Mass at 11 o’clock with burial afterwards in St Aidan’s Cemetery Kinlough. James’ Funeral Mass can be viewed on KinloughGlenade Parish Facebook page.
