Peacefully in the loving care of the wonderful staff at Mayo Hospice, after a bravely fought illness.
Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Mary, sister Margaret and brother Tom.
Jimmy will be forever cherished and sadly missed by his loving family, his wife Eleanor, his children Leonore, Elaine, Jamie and Glenden, sons-in-law David and Peter, daughters-in-law Louise and Andrea, his grandchildren Max, Bobby, Aoibhinn, Cara, James, Juliet, Daithí, Eiley, Annie, Diarmuid and Liadh whom he took immense pride in and brought him endless joy.
Jimmy will also be fondly remembered and sadly missed by his brothers John (Irishtown) and Padraic (Manchester), sisters Sheila (Birmingham) and Mary (Boleyboy), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
Though our hearts are heavy, we are grateful for the love, memories and example he gave us every day.
He will be forever missed, forever loved and forever remembered.

Reposing at his home (F12 V6K0) on Sunday May 10th from 4pm to 7pm. Requiem Mass will take place at 12pm on Monday May 11th in the Church of the Holy Family and St Oliver, Irishtown. Burial afterwards in Irishtown Cemetery.
House private on Saturday and Sunday morning please.
